WE NEED EVERYONE’S HELP TO PUT TOGETHER A GOOD WORKING MAIL LIST FOR THE EVENT.
Please complete a list of names of people you would like to invite to the event. Be creative! This could be friends, relatives, business associates, club or activity participants, church acquaintances or anyone with either a heart for helping kids or an appreciation for a fabulous night out.
Use the this form (.pdf) to create your list. Feel free to use as many sheets as necessary. We will pay the postage and send out an invitation for you. Save the Date cards will go out in January of 2006, but we need to create the list before the holidays to make the mailing possible.
TIP FROM JERRY TONER, our auctioneer: Have parents come into the school, once the invitations are printed, or take their invitations home so that they can write a brief note on each card extending their personal request for that individual’s attendance.
